Change Management and Knowledge Management specialist focused on driving digital transformation and adoption within Saudi Arabia's healthcare sector. I apply the ADKAR methodology to assess readiness and reduce resistance, paired with Agile/Scrum and ITIL 4 frameworks for structured delivery. My academic foundation in Health Information Systems gives me deep insight into clinical and administrative contexts. I've translated this into contributions on high-visibility national initiatives — including the Sehhaty platform, the Watheeq HIS rollout, and the Knowledge Portal at the Gulf Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
